The ad takes place at a young man’s graduation party. It starts out pretty boring, just a guy taking a photo of his father grilling some meat, but then all of a sudden the pace picks up and most, if not all, of the GS4’s new features get demoed....
A company called Vtech has come up with Kidibuzz, a phone that is designed exclusively for kids. The KidiBuzz makes use of the KidiConnect app and lets children send texts, paintings, drawings, animates stickers and also voice messages. All of the websites available are clubbed under the “popular pre-approved websites.” The children can also access music and watch videos from these websites. That’s not all, the KidiBuzz features a rotating 180-degree camera that can be used with funny frames and photo effects....
In just a few hours from now, HTC will unveil its much leaked successor to the HTC One (M7) — the all new HTC One (M8). The Taiwanese maker is holding two simultaneous events, one in New York and another in London to announce the handset. While several tech blogs will already be present at the event, HTC will still be live streaming the event for the rest of the world....
The Moto Z Droid is the world’s thinnest smartphone that is available at the moment. Coming in at 5.2mm, the phone is more than 2mm thinner than the Samsung Galaxy S7 edge which comes in at 7.9mm. Samsung has just confirmed that it will be sending out an update to disable the Galaxy Note 7 in the United States. In that announcement, Samsung confirmed that it, along with carriers in the region, would be notifying customers of the impending update, and to return their devices as soon as they could. But it looks like Verizon Wireless won’t be contributing. The Big Red carrier has announced that it will not be sending out the software update to permanently disable the Galaxy Note 7....
Earlier this month, it was reported that Verizon Wireless would be handling the updates for the upcoming Phone by Google, the Pixel and Pixel XL. As expected, the reaction to that report, which was released based on comments made by Google, was somber, as many believed that meant “more of the same,” and that Verizon would impede software updates for the flagship handset. Potentially, this meant that the Pixel units sold by Google directly would be faster to update, and boast new features before the Verizon variants saw them....
