The Young People’s Discount

The Young Adults Discount
This discount is for those above 18 years old. It covers students until the age of 25. If you are a student, and above 25 years old. You will not qualify for the Student discount. The discount is on a 6-month basis.

The Student Discounts for children start at the age of 16, can a child who is younger than this still have access to train or work out at a Virgin Active Club?
Yes. At the moment, those who are aged from 6 to 13 also receive their own discounted membership fee. However, this does not fall into the Student discount but, as the younger children’s discount.
There is also the new V Club and V Max Club membership for those between the ages of 4 to 13. This may not be available in every area as yet and you may need to call your local Virgin Active Club to find out if they have this membership available.
Can children under certain age groups try out every activity or exercise available?

Can a member take a friend in with their student discount membership?
Yes, you can bring a guest in. However, their days use will not be charged to the member’s membership. This is unless there was a promotional offer or some voucher. If not, the guest will need to pay for their use at the gym. Also, the guest will need to take in a photo ID or some other form of identification with him/her.
