In what conditions can you return your Virgin Phone?
There are mainly two scenarios under which you can return your Virgin phone:

1. Returning your old phone as a trade-in for an Upgrade:
Log in to your account at https://www. virginplus. ca/ and complete the new activation or hardware upgrade for your device under the My Account section. Fill and submit your online trade-in order for the upgrade. Take a printout of the waybill provided in the online trade-in portal to ship your trade-in device to Virgin Plus. Pack your phone in a suitable box and stick the waybill on the outer side of the box.
Note: Use safety cushions inside the box to keep your phone safe inside.
Once done, take your package to any Canada Post outlet of Virgin Plus and submit your package there for initiating the process of trade-in. On successful initiation of the process, you’ll receive a confirmation email at your registered email address.
Note: The waybill will also be sent to your registered email address so you can save it for tracking the process or raising any enquiry in future.
