1. Working hours:

Cap 3 associates are third-shift workers. Works from 10 pm to 7 am1 to 2 hours of overtime if required.

2. Duties:

Taking inventory of goods and merchandise in the stock room. Marking and tagging the goods for moving. Recording the deliveries and shipments.

Identification of goods and merchandise based on product code. Removing goods and merchandise from trucks in inbound. Process the goods and merchandise in the stock room.  

Analyzing goods and merchandise for the sales floor. Assessing the product orders. Checking for damage or error in the goods and merchandise. Labeling and tagging the goods and merchandise.  Moving goods and merchandise to the sales floor.

Receiving and inspecting the goods and merchandise. Inventorying the goods and merchandise on the shelves. Maintaining the correct quantities of items and products on the shelves. 3. Wages:

Employees are paid a starting wage of $12/hr. For the recently joined or a year old. A starting bonus of $3000 is offered.

Employees which are working for 2 years are paid an average wage of $16/hr. Bonuses and overtime wages will also be given.

Temporary or seasonal workers are paid an average wage of $20/hr. Limited to seasons and holidays only.  Shift hours may differ and overtime may be needed.

4. Qualification:

Minimum age of 16 years is required to work in Walmart. A work permit is needed for employees below 18 years of age. Communication:Good communication skills are required. Better interaction with employees. Team worker.  

A good work ethic is required to work at Walmart. On-time and ready for work. Fast worker. Disabilities:Physical disability will be checked and waived against the skills in terms of employment at Walmart.

5. Benefits:
