We Ll See More Super Mario Odyssey At E3 2017 Super Mario Odyssey

There will eight launch titles (see more on those here), and a new Mario game. 

During the conference, Nintendo unveiled the trailer for the new game, entitled Super Mario Odyssey. Not many more details besides that were revealed at the conference and the game was not playable during the Friday Treehouse event, although some new footage has been recently revealed. It was also revealed that the game will be playable at E3 this year.

“The only decision that was made from an E3 consideration standpoint was ‘do we show Super Mario Odyssey from a hands-on perspective today versus E3?’ And we’re going to show it at E3,” said Nintendo of America President Reggie Fils-Aimé to IGN in an interview.

E3 this year will take place June 13-15 giving plenty of time for the hype to build up before the game’s release date of Holiday 2017.
